Do I need to be a healthcare professional to get a masters degree or MBA in health administration?

I have a BS in Biology and have no healthcare experience at all.. But I’ve been bookkeeping for the past 5 years.. I’m interested in the healthcare industry but think it’s probably better to do the administrative side.
